  • Detailed communication with each guest reservation pre and post guest stay

  • Create a property specific detailed compendium

  • Manage online concierge services for guests stays such as Airport Transfers, In-house Catering, Full Event Management, Groceries, Dining, Child Care, Beverages, Tours & Activities, Hair and Beauty treatments.

  • Full commercial clean of the Property after each guest stay

  • Regular security checks of the property including property inspections, clearing and forwarding mail, collection of refuse and recycling

  • Manage reliable maintenance contractors for pool/spa cleaning, gardening, insect spraying and any other general maintenance required

  • Turn heating/hot water on or off in preparation for guest stays and Owner visits

  • Maintain up to date local tourism information for guests and Owner

  • If required, compile detailed inventory for each Property owner

  • Sojourn staff available to assist with 24/7 support during the guest stay
